MominCare Foundation is a federal non-profit corporation operating in Ontario, Canada, supported by community funds and volunteer services. Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and compliant burial services.

In the solemn moments following a loss, Muslim families in Canada face the sacred duty of burial amidst rising costs, logistical complexities, and the religious obligation of interment within 24 hours. These challenges compound an already profound period of grief. Rooted in the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt (AS) and guided by the Islamic principles of compassion (rahmah), justice (‘adl), and communal responsibility (fard kifaya), the MominCare Foundation exists to ensure every Muslim receives a dignified, Shariah-compliant burial, regardless of financial means.
